For all skaters to our program:

2. Sign the Media Consent form - https://drive.google.com/file/d/12AUOB7jbPzWyainax5-xfoLW6hNWbriE/view?usp=drive_link
3. Sign the Skate Canada Privacy form - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XUyeet1yhGcdewdGA7Vx4EfodSBkESyg/view?usp=drive_link
4. Return all the above signed forms by email to rcvfsc@gmail.com

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Payment can be made in 3 instalments (etransfer can be sent to rcvfsc@gmail.com):

1. $1,157 on August 27, 2025
2. $997 on September 15, 2025
3. $997 on October 15, 2025

Coaching fee will be billed directly by the coaches.
